Blythe Stewart is an award winning theatre director. She believes in work that is subversive, sophisticated, frank and joyful.
She stages thrilling, colourful, socially resonant theatre, develops the ideas of the UK’s most exciting artists and works as an Associate on large-scale productions in the West End and on International tours.
She's worked with companies including the National Theatre, Donmar Warehouse, Soho Theatre, Roald Dahl Story Company, Lyric Hammersmith, and House Productions; as well as in drama schools: Mountview, LAMDA, Guildhall and Oxford School of Drama.
In 2024 she was shortlisted for the RTST's Sir Peter Brook Hall Award. She's twice been nominated for Best Director at the Off-West End Awards
